Class Description
The Countdown- 5 exercises given and demoed before we begin. (This will be your warm up and personal stretching time as we will not do a proper warm-up) The first round starts with 10 reps of each of the 5 exercises. Once the group has completed the round we move on to the next which will be 9 reps. We continue to 8 then 7,6,5,4,3,2, finishing with 1.
